Lake Steam Baths

Lake Steam keeps things simple: one entry fee buys unlimited time in the steam baths, sauna, hot tub and cold plunge, and scrubs, reflexology and massage are booked on top. The wet area, steam room and sauna are quiet zones, with phones allowed only in the TV room.

The baths are single-gender, with separate men's days and ladies' days and no co-ed sessions, which is why the bath area is nude. Swimsuits are allowed if you prefer: one-pieces or two-pieces for women, trunks or a speedo for men, but not gym shorts. You get a small towel and either a medium towel or a toga sheet at check-in, and you can rent a large towel. Outside linens are not allowed, apart from a robe.
