Sunday Hot Springs

Visits are booked as roughly two-hour sessions that cycle between hot, cold, a rinse and rest. The dry sauna runs close to 200°F and the cold plunge sits around 45°F, with the eucalyptus steam room and a warm saltwater soak in between. Towels, slides and a locker come with the session.

The club fills a restored historic building that once housed a saw and knife company, with indoor and outdoor lounges for the rest stage. Each time slot is limited to about 30 people, so book ahead. Tea and electrolyte water are on the house, while kombucha is sold at the bar.
