Plunsana

Plunsana mixes a sauna studio with a community hangout. A drop-in visit gives you an hour to rotate between the saunas, the steam sauna and the cold plunge tubs, then cool down on grounding mats, at the red light wall or in the lounge with tea.

The studio leans social, with breathwork sessions, workshops, a weekly ladies' night and full moon plunge events. Bring a swimsuit and comfortable clothes, and rinse off before getting into the plunge to keep the water clean.
