More about Banya 5

Entry is booked in two-hour blocks, locker room time included, and the house routine is to cycle between heat and cold. The parilka is a radiant-heat sauna of concrete and basalt brick, the Turkish-style steam room is scented with fresh eucalyptus, and the pools include a hot pool and a tepid salt-water pool meant to echo Puget Sound.

Afterwards there is a tea lounge with herbal tea and lemon water, a nap room and space to stretch. Body treatments cost extra and are booked by text. Guests must be 18 or older, and groups larger than six cannot be booked.
