More about Framework Wedgewood-Houston
The main floor splits the group saunas by mood: one is meant for quiet, the other for conversation. The saunas run at 175°F or warmer over a large stone load, and the cold tubs can be set anywhere from 40 to 60°F, with solo, group and outdoor plunges to choose from.
Upstairs are four private rooms, each with its own sauna, plunge and shower, which groups can book together. The second-floor cafe serves espresso, tea drinks, zero-proof cocktails and snacks and is open to non-bathers too. Book sessions online ahead of your visit, and there is parking on site.
