More about Teddy's Hot House

Sessions run 90 minutes, and you can do as many rounds of sauna and plunge as you like in that time. The dry sauna sits around 195 to 200°F, and the three Morozko Forge tubs outside range from about 50°F down to just above freezing, so beginners and regulars can each pick their level. Rinse off in the outdoor showers before getting into any tub.

Swimsuits are required (no underwear), and two towels come with every visit, so all you need is a suit and a water bottle. Book ahead online, since walk-ins may be turned away at busy times. The house also runs aromatherapy sessions, breathwork workshops and community talks.
