Sudor Sauna Studio

Sessions at Sudor are 45 minutes in a private infrared suite. Each room has chromotherapy LED lighting, Bluetooth speakers and a TV with streaming and meditation apps, so you can sweat with a podcast, music or nothing at all. A friend can share the suite.

After the sauna, the men's and women's lounges each have a cold plunge, showers and lockers, which makes it easy to alternate heat and cold. Sessions can be booked one at a time or through a membership. The studio sits on the ground floor of a residential building facing Regent Square Park.
