Löyly Sauna Lounge

A standard visit is a guided 45-minute contrast circuit. It opens with breathing exercises, then repeats three rounds of a short cold plunge, a few minutes in the 104°F saltwater hot tub and about ten minutes in a cedar infrared sauna, and ends with tea in the lounge.

The owners designed the space to be social, so the plunges are shared and conversation is part of the experience. Private sauna and cold plunge suites for two and group bookings are also offered. Towels, showers and lockers are provided, and guests must be 18 or older. The lounge also hosts breathwork classes, talks, run clubs and alcohol-free social hours.
