Perspire Sauna Studio Providence Park

Charlotte

Infrared

A Perspire Sauna Studio franchise on Providence Road with private full-spectrum infrared sauna suites, red light therapy, cold SNØ showers for contrast and a halotherapy add-on.

More about Perspire Sauna Studio Providence Park

Perspire is built around private suites. You book a session, have the room to yourself, and sit in a full-spectrum infrared sauna with red light panels, then cool off under a cold SNØ shower. Halotherapy, a salt-air add-on, can be booked on top. Infrared rooms run cooler than a traditional Finnish sauna, so many people stay in longer.

The studio is listed on Wellhub, and booking is done online or by phone. Session prices were not published in the sources we could read, so check the studio page before your visit.
