Every booking is a 60-minute session in your own suite: an infrared sauna that starts at 140°F and goes up to 175°F, and a cold plunge kept around 48 to 50°F. Plan on roughly 45 minutes of heat and cold, with the rest for showering and changing.
Towels and toiletries are provided, and there is a beauty bar with shampoo, conditioner and Dyson tools on the way out. Bring a swimsuit or spandex shorts for the plunge. The studio draws a lot of people coming from workouts in the neighborhood.
