Admission is a walk-in day ticket that covers up to twelve hours. In the gender-separated bath areas you soak in the bade pool, with its water jet wall and bubble jets, and move between hot and cold baths, dry and humid saunas. Nudity is optional there, and proper swim attire is the only alternative.
The shared floor is where you wear the provided uniform and rotate through the poultice rooms, including amethyst, red clay, oak charcoal, blue onyx, salt and an ice room. Families are welcome, but children 10 and under are kept out of the hot dry rooms and kids under 4 feet stay out of the bade pool. Bring your own indoor slippers, since none are provided.
