Sauna and cold plunge sessions run for two hours on set days and evenings, alternating rounds in the big tiered sauna with the plunge tubs and outdoor showers in the garden. The program also includes sound baths, breathwork, yoga and meditation classes, and massage.

Guests must be 18 or older and should bring their own towel, robe and sandals. Sessions are booked ahead through the studio's own ticketing.
