Soul Plunge

Soul Plunge is built around guided sessions: classes in yoga or breathwork, followed by time in the contrast therapy lounge. The infrared sauna seats about ten and has Himalayan salt and colored lighting, and there are two cold plunge tubs.

The studio has community showers and changing rooms, and it is also rented for private groups such as birthdays and sound baths. You need to be 18 or older to use the sauna and cold plunge. Book a class ahead, since it is a small space with set session times.
