More about PLUNJ Salt Lake

A session runs 60 minutes and follows a simple loop: about 15 minutes in the sauna, a rinse under a Scandinavian bucket shower, a few minutes in the 50°F cold pool, then rest before going again. Public sessions are kept small, usually around eight to ten people, and hosts pour water on the rocks to raise the steam.

Swimwear is required. A bath towel and a small sauna towel are provided, along with lockers, private changing rooms, showers, toiletries and a hair dryer, plus tea and electrolyte water. Reservations are paid in full when you book. Free covered parking is available in the Bowers Garage on the south side of the building.
