A visit lasts about an hour, with as many hot and cold rotations as you want. The cedar community sauna runs near 198°F, and the two plunges are kept at different temperatures so you can pick your level of cold. Rinse at the station between sauna and plunge to keep the water clean. Sessions are capped at six people.
Just bring a swimsuit. Fresh towels, water, electrolyte drinks and herbal tea are included, and there are private restrooms with showers. Arrive about five minutes early. Visitors in town for a ski week can buy a five-day pass.
