A Pleasant Grove contrast therapy studio with two Finnish dry saunas, two full-spectrum infrared saunas and four individual cold plunges set at different temperatures.
More about Ash & Ice
A one-time visit gives you 90 minutes with the run of the studio. The two Finnish dry saunas are kept very hot, around 220°F, while the infrared saunas run near 165°F and add colored light and salt therapy. The four individual cold plunges range from about 40 to 55°F and use ozone filtration instead of chlorine, so you can start in a milder tub and work your way colder.
Towel service is included with a drop-in visit. Book online or by phone. The studio sits on Grove Parkway, close to I-15, which makes it an easy stop for anyone in northern Utah County.
