More about SaunaGlo

Admission covers the sauna and the cold contrast area with no time limit, and walk-ins are welcome. The wooden sauna is roomy, dimly lit and accessible, with an ADA transfer bench and wide doorway, though the cold plunge tank sits up a short set of stairs. Between rounds, guests cool off under the bucket or shower, or sit in the botanical lounge with its big south-facing windows.

SaunaGlo also hosts events such as yoga-and-cold-plunge circuits, running club meetups and wood-fired sauna pop-ups. The owners organize the Willamette Sauna Festival at nearby Milwaukie Bay Park.
