Admission covers the whole facility: the Russian bath, the Turkish hammam, a Himalayan salt sauna, an infrared sauna, a steam room, a swimming pool, hydrotherapy pools, a cold plunge pool and an arctic snow room. Bathing suits are worn at all times except in the massage rooms.

Platza with venik branches, body scrubs and massages cost extra. The restaurant serves Russian and Eastern European dishes like borscht and pelmeni, and there is a fresh juice bar; outside food is not allowed. Children 8 and younger are not admitted, and children up to 13 must be with an adult. Children under 12 may not use the cold plunge.
