More about Perspire Sauna Studio Winter Park

Each visit is a booked session in your own suite with a teak bench and a screen, so you can watch something, read, stretch or simply sit in the heat. Sessions run about 40 minutes, and the studio does infrared sauna only, with no massage or other spa services on the menu.

Winter Park was one of the first Perspire studios to add the SNØ Shower, a rainfall shower cooled to around 45°F that you use after the sauna for a cold contrast. Some suites have their own shower, so ask for one when you book if that matters to you.
