World Spa has 16 rooms. The Grand and Petite Banya run at about 176 to 194°F, and there is an event sauna, a clay and hay sauna, an aroma sauna and an infrared room. The marble Turkish hammam and the Moroccan hammam are gentler, around 85 to 125°F with high humidity. To cool down, use the cold plunge at 48 to 55°F, the cold onsen pool or the snow room, which sits below freezing.

The spa is adult-only and provides robes and towels, but not slippers, so bring clean sandals and a swimsuit. Venik platza is booked separately in a private room. Valet parking is on the roof.
