Daily admission covers the pools, baths and sauna rooms, which include Himalayan salt, charcoal, red clay and white clay rooms, a far-infrared room, ganbanyoku hot stone beds, a dry sauna and a steam room. Outdoor pools are heated and open year-round, and a cold plunge pool and cold soaking bath sit between the hot rooms.

Towels, robes and a locker are provided, the indoor areas are barefoot, and guests must be 18 or older with photo ID. Bring a modest swimsuit for the outdoor pools. A food hall sells meals and drinks, outside food is not allowed, and there is no re-entry once you leave. Booking ahead is strongly advised, especially on weekends.
