Backyard by Framework (East Nashville)

Everything here happens outside. The sauna holds about a dozen people, and the four cold tubs range from 40 to 60°F, so you can choose a gentler plunge or a sharp one and share a tub with a friend or go solo. Outdoor showers sit between the hot and cold sides, and there are places to sit and cool down in the yard.

The space also hosts yoga, fitness classes and community events. Book through Framework's website; there is a free private lot on site.
