More about Sauna Strong

Community sauna sessions last 45 minutes and are booked through the live schedule. The traditional sauna runs at 180 to 200°F and you are welcome to throw water on the rocks for more steam; the studio suggests rounds of 12 to 15 minutes with cool-downs in between. Between rounds you head out to The Yard, the backyard space, where there is an outdoor shower and a dump bucket.

Infrared sessions come in two forms, a shared community room and a private room, and there is also a wellness pod. Drop-ins are sold alongside packages and memberships, which makes it an easy neighborhood stop in southwest Minneapolis.
