BathhouseContrast therapyCold plunge

A Nordic-inspired thermal bathhouse near the Capitol with two Finnish saunas, a hammam-style steam room, Hinoki cypress soaking tubs and a raised cold plunge pool, built around a self-guided bathing ritual.

More about Saunaday

A visit is a two-hour self-guided circuit. Start in the cedar shower room with a salt scrub, then move between the social red cedar sauna, the quieter Wisconsin aspen sauna, the steam room with its marble belly stone, and the three Hinoki hot soaks. The tiered cold plunge pool, kept around 54°F, is the centerpiece, and there is also an ice bath and rainfall showers.

Phones and screens stay out of the bathhouse, and there are lounges for resting between rounds. Two private suites with their own sauna, ice bath and red light lounge can be rented by couples or small groups. Monthly events include DJ nights and guided cold-plunge meditation sessions.
