The Ice Room Miami

The Ice Room is a compact contrast therapy studio on Brickell Bay Drive. Sessions combine a cold plunge, where the water temperature can be adjusted, with an infrared sauna, and Hyperice compression boots are available to round out a visit.

Towels, lockers and showers are provided, so you can come straight from work. Individual sessions are offered and walk-ins have been welcomed, but booking ahead is the safer choice at busy times.
