The hot pool is fed by an artesian well that was rediscovered in the 1980s, and the bathing rooms are styled like a grotto with boulders and a waterfall. The men's and women's sections are fully separate. Nudity is optional, and swimsuits are allowed in the pools, but underwear and street clothes are not.

Towels, robes, slippers, shampoo and soap come with admission, along with water and tea. Shower before getting in the pools, then move between the hot spring pool, the cold plunge, the eucalyptus steam room and the dry sauna. The mood is quiet, and there is no restaurant. Massages, scrubs and facials are booked separately, and the spa has free on-site parking.
