Perspire Sauna Studio Birmingham
Birmingham, Detroit
A Perspire Sauna Studio in the Birmingham Pointe building in the Triangle District, offering private infrared sauna suites with red light therapy and contrast sessions using snow showers.
More about Perspire Sauna Studio Birmingham
Like other Perspire studios, Birmingham works with private suites: you book a time, and have the infrared sauna and red light to yourself. For contrast, the studio offers snow showers, a burst of cold you can use between or after heat sessions.
The studio is run by the same local franchisee as the Rochester Hills location and opened in 2025 in a new mixed-use building east of Woodward Avenue. Memberships are the main offer, so check the studio page for current single-session prices.
