Meta Physica Wellness Center

The infrared saunas are private rooms, so you can go alone or share one with a partner or small group depending on the room size. Infrared heats the body more directly than a traditional sauna, so the air feels gentler than a Finnish hot room.

Meta Physica is mainly known for massage, and many visitors pair a sauna session with a treatment. SEEN Magazine lists it among metro Detroit's heat and cold spots, but the current sauna prices and session lengths were not confirmed, so contact the center before visiting.
