Havana works like a classic Korean bathhouse: you check in, take a towel and locker, and move between the hot tubs, the cold tub and the dry, steam and crystal saunas. The bathing areas are split into a men's side and a women's side, and they are nude; the mud sauna is on the women's side only.
Sauna entry needs no reservation, but massages and Korean scrubs should be booked ahead. Soap and shampoo are provided, and each extra towel costs a small fee.
