The Invigory Waverly

The Invigory is a recovery studio rather than a bathhouse. Its contrast therapy pairs time in a sauna with an ice bath, and it also offers cryotherapy for people who want a quicker hit of cold. Sessions are booked ahead, and the studio is listed on ClassPass for drop-in bookings.

We could not confirm the type of sauna, temperatures or prices, so check the studio directly before booking a contrast session.
