Instead of a shared hot room, Dillon's Health Spa rents out private rooms, so it suits couples and small groups who want the heat to themselves. Packages combine Finland-style steam, a dry sauna and the cold plunge in different mixes, for example an hour of steam, or 45 minutes of steam followed by 15 minutes in the sauna.
There is also a package built around the dry sauna with drop-in use of the cold plunge. The Quincy spa is a sister location of Dillon's Russian Steam Bath in Chelsea, and the two share an owner.
