A small communal sauna and cold plunge lounge in a South Lamar bungalow, set around a tree-shaded courtyard with hammocks, with massage, acupuncture and bodywork offered in the front house.

More about Ceremony Social Spa

A drop-in session gives you up to two hours to move between the Nordic-style sauna, the cold plunge and the shaded courtyard at your own pace. The setting feels more like a friend's backyard than a big spa, and many visitors come in small groups.

The space is compact, so it can feel busy at peak times. Booking ahead is the safer choice, since walk-ins may face a wait. Massage and other treatments are booked separately, and the whole space can be rented for private groups.
