Each session is an hour in your own suite. The usual routine is a long warm-up in the infrared sauna, a short cold plunge, and a few repeats before finishing in the vitamin C shower. Because the room is private, it suits anyone shy about public bathhouses.

Booking is by appointment through the studio's online scheduler or app. Intro offers for first visits are common, while the regular drop-in rate covers both sauna and plunge.
