More about SweatHouz Buckhead
Sessions run in private suites, so you set the pace. A typical hour alternates rounds in the infrared sauna, which runs gentler than a traditional Finnish sauna, with short dips in the cold plunge, then ends in the en-suite vitamin C shower.
Towels and filtered water are included. Book online, through the SWTHZ app or by phone, and first-time visitors can usually try a discounted intro session.
